Sheriff’s Department at (607) 687-1010 and an employee from the Utilities Department will be in contact with you shortly.
Rates- Districts 1, 2, 3, 4, & 5
Billing is every four (4) months; bills are due the last day of the month that they are sent out (water/sewer billing dates link)
Water: $3.38 per1000 gallons
$4.00 billing fee
$25.62 capital charge per billing cycle
Sewer: $3.71 per 1000 gallons of water billed
$27.20 capital charge per billing cycle
NOTE: For residents who have their own well but are hooked to the sanitary sewer system, the rate is a flat charge of $74.20 plus the $27.20 capital charge per billing cycle.
Rates – District 7
Billing is every three (3) months and bills are dues the last day of the month that they are sent out (water/sewer billing dates link)
Water: $2.50 per 1000 gallons, less than 8000 gallons per day
$2.10 per 1000 gallons, greater than 8000 gallons per day
$3.00 billing fee
Sewer: $9.27 per 1000 gallons
$7.50 capital charges per billing cycle
