The Town of Owego Parks department has adopted a Carry In – Carry Out Trash Program. Trash receptacles will no
longer be available for use by the general public. Visitors to any Town of Owego park are asked to “carry out”
any trash they “carry in”. This approach will help use reduce operating costs, improve the appearance of the parks,
and help reduce pest related issues such as bees, skunks, and other animals. Please help in keeping your parks
clean and safe!
